"Block of Time" Contract
"Block of Time" is a pre-paid block of labor hours you can use any way and any time you need for on-site IT services during normal business hours.
There is no "use it or lose it" deadline, nor are there any terms that limit its use to certain types of services. All of the services provided by Compu-Tech of LA can be billed against the Block of Time. If more time is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block can be purchased at the same discounted rate.
Time is accurately tracked for each use of the Block of Time, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of service performed, the amount of time used, and the time remaining under the current contract.
All "Block of Time" contracts come with "4 business hour" response, which means if you call before noon we will be on-site the same day, if after noon we will be on-site the same day if possible, but no later than first thing the next morning.
The typical "block of time" contract is for 10, 20, 50, or 100 labor hours, offering a larger discount with each prepaid block over our standard hourly rate. Additional discounts are available if a block of time is bundled with another contract.
Standard rate for onsite service: $75 per hour
10 hour block: $70 per hour
20- 40 hour block: $65 per hour
50 hour block: $60 per hour

With this contract, one of our certified engineers will visit your location once a month and perform an extensive maintenance checklist on all of your computers to keep them running smoothly and at peak performance. You also receive a discounted hourly rate on other service not covered by contract.
